EAP Employer ResourcesHelp Employees Optimize Their Total Health

SchoolCare partners with Cigna to offer the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), a value-added resource to assist your employees in living a well-balanced life. EAP benefits are available at no additional cost to covered employees and their household members. EAP can also be a valuable tool for managers to address work-related issues.

With EAP you have a variety of options available to both you and your employees.

Critical incident support: Available to help you handle the impact of any workplace event that you believe could impact the productivity in the workforce due to stress or trauma.

Management referrals: You can offer EAP to employees on an informal basis to help them cope with problems that aren’t yet affecting their work performance. In the case of work-related issues, you can also make a formal management referral to the EAP as a way for your employee to get help.
