Please find a list of the most commonly asked questions regarding participation in the SchoolCare Good For You!  Well-Being Program.

How do I register for an account?
  • Visit myCigna.com or click on the Good For You! login on the top right of the schoolcare.org homepage.
  • Click “Register” in the Customer Login box
  • This will lead to a screen prompting you to "Activate your myCigna account"
  • Follow the prompts to complete activation
  • To verify your identity and complete registration, you will need to provide your Social Security Number OR Cigna ID number located on the front of your Cigna Medical ID card

Once your identity has been validated, you’ll be prompted to create a Username and Password.  Please be sure to record this information and store in a secure location for future access to myCigna.

What if I forgot my Username or Password?
  • Visit myCigna.com to reset your Username or Password
  • Click Forgot Username or Forgot Password
  • Follow the prompts to reset your login information
  • If you're unable to reset yourself, please call Cigna technical assistance at 1-800-853-2713
Can I update my email address?
  • Visit myCigna.com 
    • Once logged in, click drop down arrow next to your name in the upper right corner and select Profile
    • Under Contacts and Communications, you can update your Email Address(es)
  • Also, email info@schoolcare.org to notify SchoolCare of the change
Who can participate in the Good For You! Program?

SchoolCare medical plan subscribers and covered spouses.

I'm a SchoolCare 65+ plan retiree, how do I participate?

SchoolCare 65+ plan retirees are no longer eligible to participate in the Good For You! Well-Being Program (as of January 1, 2023). If you are a retiree enrolled in the SchoolCare 65+ Advantage Plan, you have access to retiree-focused wellness options through your UnitedHealthcare (UHC) benefits. For more information on those, please refer to the plan guide that you received in the mail from UHC, or visit the Coverage and Benefits tab on the UHC/SchoolCare 65+ website at retiree.uhc.com/schoolcare/coverage-and-benefits.

How do I navigate the Wellness pages on myCigna to earn incentives?
  • Log into your myCigna.com account and access your Good For You! incentives by clicking "View my incentives" on the homepage 
  • Click on the Goals tab to view an outline of all available programs
  • You MUST complete Step 1, “Complete a confidential health assessment”, before you can earn incentives for other goals
  • Scroll down under Step 2 to view all goals and activities available for incentive, noting dates available

NOTE: Cash incentives, payments and rewards paid to wellness program participants are taxable income. Please review with your tax consultant for more information.

When will I receive my incentive check?

Either SchoolCare or the employer will issue incentives on a quarterly basis. The 2023-24 schedule is as follows:

*If you had incentives that didn't process until after June 30th, you will receive those during the month of August. 

How do I complete the Health Assessment?
  • Log into your myCigna.com account and click on "Health Assessment" under the "Wellness" tab
  • Review the Welcome message 
  • Click “Next” to get started.

IMPORTANT: To receive cash incentives for participating in the well-being programs the Cigna Health Assessment must be completed annually. Upon completion incentives will become available. This means you must RETAKE the Assessment between June 1st and May 31st each plan year. 

How can I confirm I completed the Health Assessment?

We cannot confirm your completion on the Health Assessment. Please follow the steps listed here to confirm completion. 

How can I complete Biometrics?

Obtain your annual biometrics using one of the following options: 

  • Have your physician order labs at a Quest or Labcorp facility 
  • Complete and submit a Physician Lab Form 
  • Self-register* for lab work at a Quest Patient Service Center (PSC)by following the four steps below:
    1. Visit: my.questforhealth.com
    2. Enter Registration Key: SchoolCare2024
    3. Confirm eligibility & complete questionnaire
    4. Schedule: Choose a 15-minute appointment from available PSCs

*If you registered with Quest previously, you can sign in with your already-established credentials.

NOTE: Complete between July 1 and June 30. Quest PSCs are unavailable for the self-registration option during the month of December.

Where do I find the Physician Lab Form on myCigna.com?
  • Log into your myCigna.com account and access your Good For You! incentives by clicking the "Wellness" tab on the homepage
  • Below the Incentive Spotlight, click view all incentives
  • Click on the list of incentive goals 
  • Under Biometrics, click the "Download the Lab Form" button
How do I report completion of a Healthy Event?
  • Log into your myCigna.com account and access your Good For You! incentives by clicking the "Wellness" tab on the homepage
  • Click "View All Incentives" under the Incentives Spotlight.
  • Click on the list of incentive goals
  • Scroll down to “Healthy Event”
  • Input the Date of Activity under the current quarter Healthy Event (program will not award incentives reported in prior or future quarters), and check the box to certify the information is true.
    • Fitness classes (virtual and in-person)
    • Athletic events
    • Team sports
    • Monthly workouts
    • Mindfulness activities (meditation, therapy, journaling. etc)
    • Volunteering
    • Nutrition counseling
    • Weight management programs
    • Prenatal classes
    • CPR/AED training
    • Financial wellness classes
    • Professional development courses
    • Utilization of the Employee Assistance Program
How do I report Preventive Care?

Please view the Preventive Care flyer for the SchoolCare Good For You! Well-Being Program. It takes 4-6 weeks following the processing of these claims to show as completed. 

How can I participate with a Health Coach?

You can participate in either online or telephonic health coaching.

Log into your myCigna.com account and access your Good For You! incentives by clicking "View my incentives" on the homepage

Online: Participate in multi-week online coaching courses that meet you wherever you are on your health journey. Click here to view the Online Health Coaching flyer.

What is the Omada Health Program? How do I access it?

Omada is a lifestyle change program for those needing to lose weight and at risk of type 2 diabetes, hypertension, or high cholesterol.  You can take a short assessment to determine eligibility for the program at go.omadahealth.com/schoolcare.

Who can work with a Case Manager? How do I get started?

Case Management is available for those who need additional help navigating a challenging health condition, coordinating care and treatment options. A Case Manager may contact you directly to determine if you qualify or you may call Cigna at 800-244-6224 to inquire.

How do I get started with the Healthy Pregnancies, Healthy Babies program?

Enroll in the first trimester and complete the program to earn $250, or enroll in the second trimester to earn $125. You may call Cigna at 800-244-6224 to inquire.

Who do I contact for additional questions or assistance?

For information about the SchoolCare’s Good For You! Well-Being Program, Cigna Customer Service is available 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week at 800-244-6224.

For technical assistance such as registering for an account, Cigna Technical Assistance is available 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week at 800-853-2713.
