As the leaves change and temperatures dip, now’s a great time to check your and your family’s fall vaccination status. Staying current not only protects you – but also your loved ones and community during peak respiratory virus season.

According to a press release issued by the NH Department of Health and Human Services at the end of September, flu, COVID-19 and RSV vaccines are available across New Hampshire and “remain the best protection against respiratory virus infections.”

“New and updated flu and COVID-19 vaccines, in addition to existing RSV immunizations, are widely available. We encourage people to talk with their healthcare providers if they have questions about which vaccines are recommended for them as vaccines remain the best way to protect yourself and your family," State Epidemiologist Dr. Benjamin Chan said in the release.

Your vaccines are covered at no out-of-pocket cost as part of your annual preventive care if you provide your medical ID card at the point of service.

And your annual flu vaccine is also eligible for a $50 Wellness Cash incentive as part of the Good For You! Well-Being Program.
