April is stress awareness month. The time to reflect on what stress means to you and how it affects your physical and mental health. The CDC provides many tips to cope with stress such as eating healthy, staying active, and recognizing when to ask for help. When it comes to getting the right help at the right time, here are a couple of resources to be mindful of:
Finding behavioral health providers is easier with your healthcare resources. Get access to licensed counselors near you by logging into your account at myCigna.com and navigate to the Find Care & Costs tab. Under Talk to a doctor or nurse 24/7 click Connect Now. Here you will see a Counseling option where you can choose the specific need(s) you want to address and view your care options such as:
