SchoolCare was founded in 1995 as the New Hampshire School Health Care Coalition by bringing together associations representing public entity management and labor groups in the state. The Coalition was formed in response to issues of providing employee health care, including quality, choice, cost control and service that public entities were facing. Today, 30 years later, SchoolCare is still a well-regarded resource for public entities facing these same issues.

Mandy Grenier Selected as New SchoolCare Executive Director

SchoolCare's Board of Directors announced on Monday, August 24th that it has selected Mandy Grenier to serve as Executive Director effective September 1, 2026.
Mandy was selected following a national search. She has served as SchoolCare's Director of Member Engagement for more than two years. The Board determined that she offers the strongest combination of leadership skills and experience, institutional knowledge, established relationships across New Hampshire and a compelling vision for how SchoolCare can better serve public employees and member organizations.
This appointment strengthens SchoolCare at an important time. Mandy understands the needs of our members and the importance of delivering reliable, responsive service. As Executive Director, she will focus on four commitments: excellent service to employees and member entities; direct and transparent communication; disciplined financial management; and active engagement with the people and organizations SchoolCare serves.
The Board’s selection reflects confidence in both Mandy andSchoolCare's future. We are committed to strong leadership, responsible stewardship and continuous improvement as a member-governed health benefits pool.
